Already, nearly all the unsaved children enrolled in San Marcos Elementary School have given their lives to Jesus in the two years since its founding. This was close to two hundred souls. In addition, a number of their fathers, and almost all of their mothers have been born again too! They are plugged into our church and several have even been opening evangelistic cell groups of their own. God's hand is resting powerfully on our brand new school.

With this in mind, we joyfully opened the doors of San Marcos in March of 2006. We are pleased to report that over a hundred children signed up for our first ever school year here at San Marcos. Ranging from preschool through sixth grade, these children are the future of God's kingdom here in the Peruvian Amazon. Not only that, but they are also the present, God's key to reaching families with His power.
The 2007 school year saw nearly two hundred students enrolled. We even had to turn away around forty children for lack of space. March 2008 brought with it the most recent school year, and the addition of two more grades - the Peruvian equivalent to 7th and 8th grade!
Our vision is to reach out to our neighborhood for Jesus with an outstanding quality of education at an extremely affordable price. Poor families are hearing of our reputation and asking about when they can sign their own children up. Every day, their little ones hear about the story of Jesus. They return home singing songs about His love. As San Marcos grows, we anticipate reaching many more children, moms, and dads for the Lord in the years to come!
